I love this restaurant which is why we waited 30 minutes to get a table because we hadn't made a reservation in advance. I enjoy the fun decor inside, though prefer to sit outside if warm enough. Every sushi (mostly sashimi) we have here is delicious, including two amazing salmon options. I also really love the wasabi, which goes a long way, and the green tea. I only get to come here when I'm in town, but my favorite waitress is the middle-aged blonde lady who is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The owner also seems to be present and attentive. Favorite restaurant in town!

The place was beautiful The food was fantastic. The drinks were amazing. However, they were so busy that when they brought you your meal.. They neglected to bring you your silverware. Unless you asked for it or chopsticks, if you prefer and they didn't bring any napkins either. And then, you know, there's a lot of sauces on that food, make it sticky. The place was very clean.I'm going back again.

We had dinner at Fugu Sushi in Ormond Beach. We sat inside near the sushi bar this time. They also have a large outdoor seating area that connects to the inside through the big windows by the bar. We started with the karaage, which was crispy and tender, served with lemon and spicy mayo. For our main dishes, we ordered the pan seared salmon with apple garlic ponzu, seasonal vegetables, and fried rice. We also had two rolls. The Double Tuna roll had spicy tuna and avocado inside, seared tuna on top, and a poke-style sauce. The Kung Fu Kenny roll had spicy salmon crunch inside and was topped with kanikama, spicy tuna, chimichurri, scallion, and sriracha sauce. For dessert, we shared the layered cake with chocolate, raspberry, and matcha. It was a great way to finish the meal. Good food and a nice atmosphere. I would love to come back and try more of their rolls.
